Everything is furnished except for you, your clothes and your toothbrush! You will love the backyard, complete with privacy fence , trees, covered wood deck, café lights, crushed granite pathways, and lots of perennials! There is pretty windchimes, birdbaths, birdfeeders to make this property the perfect birdwatching and relaxing haven! The beds are so comfy, you won't want to get up, They all have 3 inch memory foam toppers on them! everything is new here at the Wild Wild West, sheets , bedding, towels, rugs and so much more! I went over the top to give you the best experience ever! I have loaded the bathrooms with cotton balls, Q tips, make-up remover cloths, Shampoos and conditioners ( the good stuff)!! There is first aid supplies on hand as well. The kitchen has all the right stuff, including condiments, sugar, spices, breakfast bars, cookies, bagel chips and I could go on! The Washer and dryer, has washing detergent, scent pods, dryer sheets too! Motion lights will keep you out of the dark every step of the way! The nice original hard wood floors fall right into place with the western décor and theme! Every guest receives a complimentary bottle of WINE with each booking!! The backyard is spacious and inviting, with handmade birdhouses, feeders and birdbaths! There is seating for 9 but will be adding more chairs to a third table. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker and a 10 cup coffee pot as well, coffee and cream is furnished, along with sugar and Stevia. Complimentary cheese and CHOCOLATES too! The furnishings include an actual cow skin rug, leather chairs and a leather sofa ! the kitchen has lots of glasses and dishes for anyone who wished to stay home and cook! the Wild Wild West is pert friendly, but you must message me prior to the reservation to get permission to bring your pet, and I do charge a $50 per pet fee for up to 3 days, longer stays will be a little more, and depending on the pet so could the cleaning fee.

Dean Highland neighborhood is an Amazing, walkable area in Waco. Hope you can rest, relax, have fun! The main attraction to our private studio is the completely private hot tub! Additionally, we have a private parking space in the back of our fenced in yard to make loading & unloading much easier on you (especially if you have little ones). If you have additional cars feels free to park on the street nearest to the home. There is 1 incredibly comfortable queen bed, 1 queen pull out bed, & 2 single roll out beds (sleeping up to 6 people). Our space also offers a small kitchen making eating-in a bit more comfortable.
